Section 6: Tools and Resources
Look through what materials and tools are available to Ambassadors of the Electrify My Block program and how to acquire them.
Electrify My Block Ambassadors have access to a suite of tools and materials designed to make outreach, data collection, and follow-up easy and consistent. These tools include:

You can use these resources to ensure conversations with residents are effectively documented and that leads move seamlessly into the program pipeline.

Branded marketing materials include:
- Residential Flyer
- Door Hanger
- Community Poster
- Yard Sign
- Text / Email Templates
You can request branded marketing materials through Mia at mcaparaz@switchison.org. Mia will order you any combination of the outreach materials above. All print requests should be submitted at least seven business days in advance, specifying the type and quantity needed.

The primary tool for tracking door knocking is the “Electrify My Block Door Knocking Form”. This Google Form allows you to log conversations, leads, and follow-ups directly from your phone, making real-time data entry simple and accessible. Accurate data tracking is essential and you should log every lead, follow-up conversation, and event interaction within 24 hours of contact. This information supports the program’s ability to measure reach, conversion, and community interest.
Ambassadors are expected to follow community-based safety standards, including working in pairs and carrying identification.
